Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect only what you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional company name, and message you type into it. If you email us directly, we receive whatever your message contains.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used to confirm receipt, reply to you, and keep a record of the conversation. Nothing submitted through this site is sold, rented, or shared for advertising, and we do not send marketing email to addresses collected here.

Who processes it

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site:

• · Cloudflare — website hosting through Cloudflare Workers and contact form email delivery through Cloudflare Email Sending.
• · Google reCAPTCHA — spam filtering on the contact form, where enabled. Its use is governed by Google's privacy policy.

Our web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. We also briefly retain the IP address of contact form submissions to rate-limit spam.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If reCAPTCHA is enabled on the contact form, Google may set cookies as part of that check.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the working relationship, and delete it on request where we are not required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email hey@hubsody.com and we will handle it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
